The goal of this session is for us to get to know one another. This is an informal opportunity for us to connect on your goals, my process, and how we might be able to work together to support your journey in health and wellness.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact 24 hours prior to your appointment. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours before original start time may forfeit the cost of the single session or the class on the client's package.
