ABOUT ME

I started lifting weights and practicing yoga in college, where I learned quickly that it takes active work for women to take up space in the fitness world. It took years of being told how I "should" be moving, of being questioned about my workout habits, and of asking sweaty men if I could use the equipment they were camping out on to feel like I had the confidence to train myself.

Now, I teach women (and men) how to meet their bodies where they are, how to develop an understanding of what a goal could look like for them, and guide them to getting there with confidence.

My goal is for everyone who comes into contact with me to feel empowered, stronger, and like they deserve to be here.

I'm an Atlanta-based NASM certified personal trainer, registered 500 hour yoga instructor with over 3 years of teaching experience, and Institute of Integrative Nutrition health coach.

I’m here to help you simplify, focus, and create a plan that actually makes sense for you, today. No guilt, no shame, no judgment.

I specialize in bridging the gap between rehab and life performance through 1:1 coaching and personal training. I am also incredibly passionate about educating, which is why I created the BEYOND program to create a community of growth and transformation for women online.

MY APPROACH

I’ve always felt like if I didn’t do it all, I wasn’t doing enough. I know what it feels like to want to cram as much in as possible, and then end up feeling completely depleted and like I’m not reaching my goals. Sound familiar?

Let go of the expectations you set for yourself.

Let go of the pressure, the comparison to others, and the idea that you “have to do XYZ and ABC.” Do fewer things, and do them better.

Listen less to the voice that tells you that you have to be fit to get fit. Or that if you’re not doing what the instagram influencers say, you’re wrong.

Edge out limiting beliefs, replace them with showing up - even when it’s hard, even when it’s boring.

MORE

Accept where you are today.

You can’t change what you did yesterday - you can change what you do right now.

Embrace right where you are and know that it’s enough. This is a great starting point. We can do great things from here.

We can build confidence and strong glutes.

Turn on your patience, because transformation is a process.

The more you embrace it, the more you’ll enjoy it.
